MƒA seeks applications from teachers who are committed to supporting MƒA’s mission and vision as evidenced through the following.

Content Knowledge

Master Teachers continue exploring the content in their field to deepen their personal understanding and help them improve student learning.
Teaching

Master Teachers seek to extend/deepen their knowledge and skills in the important dimensions of teaching that support student learning.
Students

Master Teachers strive to provide equitable access and develop student agency, ownership, and identity for all students.
Collegiality

Master Teachers are effective collaborators. They share their expertise and explore areas for growth with fellow educators in an inclusive and productive way.
