Program Awards 30 New Fellowships as Part of Second Cohort  

Student-led investigation will focus on spaceflight-induced changes in drug metabolism

On November 9, we celebrated the teaching profession and the MƒA community of over 1,000 New York City teachers at the 13th Annual MƒA Fall ƒunction. 

MƒA has awarded 153 four-year fellowships to mathematics, science, and computer science teachers across all five boroughs of New York City, strengthening its community of 1,016 STEM educators.

The team’s experiment will investigate how microgravity influences the function of the nervous system.
