Miriam Ignatoff

Miriam Ignatoff (she/her) is the Director of Data + Evaluation, where she oversees the organization's digital infrastructure and data strategy. In this role, Miriam manages MƒA’s website, private online community for fellowship teachers, and application portal. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator and leads the ongoing development and maintenance of MƒA's Salesforce environment. Miriam also supervises program evaluation efforts, leveraging data to assess and deepen understanding of the fellowship's effectiveness and impact.

Before joining MƒA, Miriam served as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy at a nonprofit dedicated to advancing reproductive and gender rights. Earlier in her career, she worked as a volunteer organizer for an immigrant support and advocacy organization. Across her career, Miriam has brought her technical expertise to mission-driven organizations committed to social impact.

Outside of work, Miriam lives in Brooklyn with her spouse and children. She is an avid reader and loves to scuba dive — a hobby she looks forward to returning to once her kids are older.
