Jen is the Program Officer for Engagement and Communications at Math for America. In this role, Jen works to promote teacher engagement, manage fellowship eligibility, and execute public outreach efforts.
Prior to her current position as a Program Officer, Jen worked at MƒA on the Communications Team for four years, where she was responsible for content creation, social media, graphic design, and event planning. Before returning to MƒA, Jen served as the Communications Manager for The Municipal Art Society of New York where she supported the organization’s web communications, social media, and event planning, as well as managing the production of outreach materials.
Jen was previously part of the TED-Ed team at TED Conferences, where she assisted with the launch of TED-Ed Clubs, a program focused on highlighting student ideas and strengthening presentation literacy.
Jen earned her B.A. in Politics with a minor in Social and Public Policy from New York University. She currently lives in Astoria and enjoys spending her free time cooking, baking, and writing on her blog “Lifemark Halltime.”
