Master Teacher Eligibility Question I understand an applicant to the Master Teacher program must have at least 4 years' teaching experience. I am currently in my 4th year and am wondering if I may apply now or if I have to wait until I have completed this year of teaching before I can apply. Thanks.	0	0	0

Teaching in NY State I was told at a the NYC Celebration of Teaching and Learning Conference (March 5-6, 2010)that I could qualify for this fellowship if I taught in Westchester County, but the website information indicates only NYC positions.
