The MƒA model provides strong support services, mentoring, and an incentive system designed to reward high quality teachers. MƒA sites develop Fellowships that reflect the MƒA model and the resources of their communities.
MƒA Fellows are part of a national corps of highly qualified secondary math and science teachers.
