Liz Grohowski is the Administrative Assistant to the President at Math for America. With over 11 years of experience as an executive assistant for nonprofit and higher education administration, Liz previously served as the Executive Assistant to the President of Auburn Theological Seminary. In addition, she was Assistant to the Director at the Barnard College Alumnae Office and has acted as Assistant to the Registrar at The Manhattan School of Music. In addition, she managed company payroll and bookkeeping as an Operations Manager at American Financial and Tax Strategies, Inc.
Liz was a Young Artist at The Juilliard School, Juilliard Opera Center and received an M.M. from Manhattan School of Music. She earned a B.M. cum laude from the University of Hartford. A dedicated community volunteer, Liz produced and performed in the Benefit Recital for La Ciudad de los NiÃ??±os which raised funds for a Mexican orphanage. In addition, she coordinates homeless outreach programs at Ecclesia Ministries in New York City.
