As Recruitment and Outreach Associate at Math for America, Kate Mancuso leads outreach and recruitment efforts for the Fellowship and Master Teacher programs at MƒA New York.
Before joining MƒA, Kate acted as recruiter for Leodas Search Group, where she helped to develop strategic plans and outreach efforts for recruitment across the Institutional Advancement field. Previously, Kate worked at top tiered executive search firms in Manhattan, where she provided ongoing counsel to clients and placed diverse senior managers across the nonprofit and academic medical sectors. Kate has spent the majority of her career serving nonprofit clients or mission based institutions, most recently in the field of higher education.
Kate is a cum laude graduate of Marist College, having earned both a B.S. from the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Master's degree in Public Administration from the School of Management. Kate currently coaches a girls youth soccer team in Manhattan.
