Getting a New Perspective: Geometric and Visual Thinking in Expected and Unexpected Contexts

The New York City-based Professional Development and Outreach (PDO) Group supports secondary school mathematics teachers in the five boroughs through mathematics workshops and other outreach activities. The NYC PDO Group is sponsored by Math for America and the IAS/Park City Mathematics Institute.
