As a Program Assistant at MƒA, Jamie Liang supports the national outreach initiatives as well as the New York State Master Teacher Program efforts.
Prior to MƒA, Jamie worked at Primary Care Development Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding and transforming primary care in underserved communities, where she assisted with the communications and development programs. She was also previously an active member of Slow Food UW, an organization that promotes and distributes healthy, environmentally conscious food to the Madison, Wisconsin community, with responsibilities including managing distribution and providing customer service. Jamie has also worked on website management, course enrollment, and technical support at the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL), which is a network of 22 institutions nationwide to support undergraduate STEM education.
Jamie earned her B.S. in Life Sciences Communication, with minors in Global Health and Digital Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A New Jersey resident, Jamie enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and going to concerts.
